GIRLS HOOP 🏀 Sunday Academy

🚨 When: September 15 & 29 (Sundays) 8-9:30am

🚨 Where: Thorp School

🚨 Who: 6th-11th Grade (Girls)

🚨 Why/Purpose: To GROW the girls basketball culture and community 🏁🏁

Program Information:

This program is designed to elevate their game by focusing on skill development, basketball IQ, and overall player performance.

Program Features:

🔹Intense Skill Development:
Targeting ball-handling, shooting, passing, footwork, and defensive skills to refine fundamentals and build advanced techniques.

🔹Basketball IQ Enhancement:
Training that improves decision-making, court awareness, and understanding of game situations.

🔹Player Performance:
Sessions will improve athleticism, including speed, agility, quickness, and strength.

Philosophies and Tools:

🔹Holistic Approach:
Focus on both physical and mental development to build confident, competitive athletes.

🔹Individual and Team Drills:
Tailored to sharpen individual skills while building team chemistry.

🔹Game Simulation: Live-action game scenarios to boost real-time performance under pressure.
